How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After I got my MBA in 1990 I tried all kind of business and found out that mortgage lending gave me highest satisfaction in serving the clients need in a short period of time phrame.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We focus on lowest cost and best service for a large number of our clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently we have two locations, one is at Plano and the other San Francisco. Our next targeted location is Seatle.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Shan Guo is the president and Charlyn Loo is the operation manager.

From 9 to 5 Monday through Friday, weekend by appointment only.
