How long have you been in business?
Since 1995. Wow, it doesn't seem that long. Truly time goes by fast when you enjoy what you do, and I love this company! I am so thankful God gave me this opportunity to hve my own business.
What is your primary product or service?
We offer carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile/grout cleaning, wood cleaning, air duct cleaning; dryer vent cleaning; and carpet repair/re-stretch.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
i came out of the food business selling consumer packaged food to the retail sector. Frankly in late 1994 i faced a crossroad in my life, as for the first time since i was 16 i did not have a paycheck-i lost my job. I prayed for guidance and help, and God lead me to this opportunity in early 1995. I haven't look back since!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
we are a family owned business. We strive to treat every customer with the respect that one would afford to one's own family.
One of the biggest differentials is we DO NOT do bait/switch- advertise a low price to get into the home, then up goes the cost. This practice is virtually the norm in this industry, and we choose to not be "one of those guys".

We accept checks, cash, vVsa or MasterCard

All of Collin County, Denton County, Dallas County
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am proud to be the owner and operator, Its called "Doug's" Mighty Clean, and I am Doug!
What are your hours of operation?
Monday -Saturday 8-5 I do take calls up to 8:00 in the evening
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Praising a tech (I love to pass on a compliment- it makes my day and my tech's day), and of course the highest compliment is referring friends and neighbors to us.
