Since 1985 Allen Community Outreach (ACO) has been the sole local provider of free human services for the cities of Allen, Fairview, and Lucas – consistently serving 5-6% of this service area population. Services include information and referral, emergency assistance with rent/mortgage and utilities, food, clothing, job bank counseling, school supplies, holiday programs, youth scholarships, Meals-On-Wheels & More.
