What is your primary product or service?
Homeschool products and services, esp. providing curriculum for Homeschooled students that we tailor to meet the child academically (no "one size fits all" or "curriculum in a box"). We offer multiple student assessment tools that assist us in determining where a child is academically. We also offer a Learning Styles Profile to help determine the child's primary learning style...AND the parent's learning style, as well. That's really important.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
It came about when one of our children was exposed to several inappropriate situations in the public system that we did not believe were properly addressed.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
To our knowledge, we are the only company in the country that truly tailors our curriculum to meet the academic needs of each child.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Two locations for conferences with parents to discuss our recommended curriculum. One in Allen, Texas and one in Rockwall, Texas. No expansion planned currently.

We have non-public offices and do the majority of our work by telephone, mail, and email. We then meet with customers to discuss our findings at locations in either Allen or Rockwall, Texas.

We sell our materials in all 50 states and in approximately a half dozen foreign countries.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our company is privately owned.
What are your hours of operation?
Our business phones are answered by office staff between the hours of 9:30a.m. - 4:30p.m., Monday - Friday. After hours and on weekends, holidays, etc., calls are answered by our company voice mail system.
