What is your primary product or service?
Computer repair, troubleshooting, virus removal and performance tuning. We offer a full service PC repair facility centrally-located in Plano, Texas. We have an anti-static lab that allows us to handle all hardware components without fear of static electricity damage.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Warren Harris, owner and founder of The Computer Wizard, started studying electronics at age 10. His career has spanned over three decades in electronics, pro audio and computers, starting with the Grateful Dead in 1968 as a roadie, JBL Audio in electronics assembly, Motown Records as a Technical Engineer / Recording Engineer, an independent Acoustic Engineer, designing recording studios in California and Tech Support and Marketing with Symantec before founding his own computer consulting company in 1994.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are not, and do not hire Geeks. We pride ourselves on providing top-quality service with the sole intention of making sure our clients are well taken care of. We strive to provide the best service in the Metroplex and have invested in top-of-the-line diagnostic tools to take the guesswork out of PC repair.

From Dallas, come north on 75 to the Parker exit and follow Parker across the highway west. Four lights west of 75 is Custer where you turn left.
