How long have you been in business?
I have been in business for 3 years serving the great state of Texas.
What is your primary product or service?
A full range of insurance products underwriten but highly rated companies which, on average, have been in existence for over 50 years.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My career has been centered around banking/ finance and based on several "if I had known" and "glad I had" insurance stories I decided to open an agency.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Personalized service with no hard sell tactics.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Always connected by laptop and cell phone. I have recently added agents serving Fort Worth and Tyler.

Each carrier (type of insurance) has differing payment methods (check, credit card, installment etc.).
Which areas do you service?
Although I am based in Plano (Collin County) my licensing allows for servicing throughout Texas.

Almost any time with most of my business being conducted between the hours of 8AM to 7PM.
