How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As a mother of two children, I was searching for a good pre school that would respect the individual strengths of each child and nourish them to enjoy learning. The programs I found did not meet my expectations and the tuition was not affordable for single income families. I read and learned how Dr Maria Montessori developed such a great teaching method and made possible for everyone to use her method for free. So I took Montessori Training and started the school with one goal in mind- To Serve the Children.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our program is different than other Montessori programs in many ways. To mention few: 1) we made Montessori Education affordable for all families by providing low tuition rates and affordable program packages.2) We motivated many mothers to train and become dedicated Montessori teachers so they understand the needs of the children. 3) We follow American Montessori Society's greater guidelines to provide authentic Montessori teaching methods and by hiring ALL Montessori certified teachers in all classrooms. 4) our teacher turnover is zero or very minimum which provides consistency for children during their entire learning period. 5) We recognize the important of Reading, writing and Math skills needed for children to be successful in their higher grades and emphasize on this skills at advanced levels. Our students are two grade level advanced in academic skills. 6) Montessori certified and experienced teachers owns and lead the schools as Administrators and Directors. 7) Children as young as 4 yrs old are given an head start on Spelling bee practices, Science fair participation and Research projects 8) Our school was selected as MODEL MONTESSORI SCHOOL in Dallas and showcased during annual international Montessori conference in 2014 8) Teacher to student ratio is very low 9) 10 different extracurricular and sport activities available 10) We teach Spanish, Chinese, French as part of the curriculum. Art and Peace lesson is integrated in daily curriculum.

Two locations in Plano and Frisco. We have plans to expand on areas where there is a need for quality education that is affordable for single income families.

Parents frequently tell us that their child cries to go to school on weekends too! Parents of very young children often tell us that their child's health have improved drastically after joining in our programs.
