How long have you been in business?
Critter Sitting Services has been serving Plano and surrounding areas since 2004.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide dog walking, dog boarding and at home pet sitting services for all domestic animals.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our first foray into pet care as a service began with rescuing dogs destined for cosmetic research. We have been fostering and caring for animals since 1981.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are available on short notice when you have an emergency. Our key holding service means we are only a call away.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Critter Sitting Services is family owned and operated. We only board in our home and boarders are treated as part of the family, just like our own pets. We want guest pets to feel at home, something a commercial premises could not provide.

We are currently only accepting cash and check.

We service Plano, Allen, Parker, Wiley, Murphy, and Richardson with some boarders coming from Dallas, Lewisville and Frisco.

Ian Patterson owns and operates Critter Sitting Services.
What are your hours of operation?
Our email and phones are monitored 8am - 6pm, 7 days a week however each client has different needs and our work is scheduled accordingly.
